Refund policy

At 420 Store, we are committed to delivering premium hemp-derived products with care and quality. Due to the nature of our products and compliance with federal and state regulations, all sales are final.

Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.


1. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our products, we are unable to restock or resell any returned items.


2. Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your product was damaged in transit and you notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Your package never arrived (as confirmed by the shipping carrier)

We reserve the right to request photo evidence or additional documentation to verify claims.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our sole discretion based on the information provided.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us at support@420store.net within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect items and packaging

  3. We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


4. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If your tracking information shows the package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


5. Discretionary Exceptions

Diesel Dispensary reserves the right to make final determinations on refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis. Abuse of the return policy may result in the refusal of future orders.
